Directions for Use
Begin with an intensive phase of 2 capsules daily for 30 days (60 capsules total).
Continue with a maintenance phase of 2 capsules daily for 10 days each month (20 capsules per month).
We recommend beginning the maintenance dose during the last 10 days of the month following the initial phase.
In some cases, individuals may choose to take 2 capsules twice daily during both the initial 30-day phase and subsequent monthly maintenance periods. Please consult your healthcare provider for personalized guidance.
