SECTION 21 – Affiliate Commission Limitation for Wholesaler and Merchant Accounts

To preserve the integrity and fairness of our affiliate program, purchases made by users classified as “Wholesalers” or “Merchants” are subject to specific commission limits. An affiliate may earn a maximum of two (2) commission payments from purchases made by the same Wholesaler or Merchant account.

After the second successfully completed order, no further commissions will be paid for transactions made by that user, regardless of any future purchases or affiliate links used.

We reserve the right to determine user classification (e.g., Wholesaler, Merchant, or Retail Customer) at our sole discretion based on account activity, pricing level, and other internal criteria.

To prevent abuse, any attempt to circumvent this limitation—including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, self-referrals, or manipulation of user status—will result in disqualification from the affiliate program and forfeiture of earned commissions.

Affiliates are encouraged to promote to qualified retail and wholesale customers. Please note that commission eligibility for Wholesaler and Merchant accounts is limited to two (2) purchases per account, as outlined in our program terms.
