The standard protocol starts with an intensive phase of 2 capsules daily for 30 days (totaling 60 capsules). After this, continue with a maintenance dose of 2 capsules daily for 10 days each month (20 capsules in total). For convenience, we suggest taking the maintenance dose during the last 10 days of each month following the intensive phase. In some cases, individuals with specific needs may require a higher dosage: 2 capsules twice daily for 30 days, followed by 2 capsules twice daily for 10 days each month.
