Directions
Begin with 2 capsules daily for 30 consecutive days (60 capsules total). After the initial phase, continue with 2 capsules daily for 10 days per month (20 capsules monthly). The maintenance phase may begin during the final 10 days of the month following initial use. For individuals with specific wellness goals, some may choose to take 2 capsules twice daily for 30 days, followed by the same dosage for 10 days each month.
