We keep Gut Feeling sachets as pure and natural as possible, which means we don’t add chemical anti-caking agents (like silicon dioxide). Because several of the ingredients are naturally hygroscopic, the powder can sometimes clump or cake if it’s exposed to moisture. This is a normal physical change and does not affect the safety or effectiveness of the product.
If you see clumps: simply give the sachet a gentle shake, tap it on the counter, or stir well after adding to water. For stubborn clumps, tear a corner and pinch or rub the powder between your fingers to loosen it before mixing.
Store properly: Keep sachets sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity — avoid kitchens and bathrooms. Refrigeration is ideal but not required to maintain potency. Unopened products generally have a minimum two-year shelf life from the date of manufacture.
